Meet handsome and adorable baby N. He was a sweetie and came to me at my studio for his newborn session with his parents.

He was such a good baby and slept for almost the whole session and cooperated with all the poses I wanted to capture for his parents.

Baby N’s father is a fire fighter and brough along his fire helmet to try to include with the newborn photographs. I love it when my clients bring along things that are important to them and I get to incorporate them into the photographs.

At first we tried to have him posed in the helmet, but little N did not like that idea at all. So we had to figure out a little different option and this is what worked and still showcased his father’s helmet.

If possible it is best to set up your session while still pregnant. Then we can for sure fit you in while the baby is still newborn and little and very cooperative. At Anna-Karin’s Photographer we prefer to photograph the newborn babies in the first two weeks if possible. At that time they are still little and the newborn stage will be documented well. I can still photograph the babies when older then that, but keep in mind that older babies are often not up for as many poses as the newborns are.
Even newborn babies get sad sometimes....
