Meet adorable and sweet newborn baby A. I had the opportunity to photograph his newborn session and here are just a few of the many beautiful newborn portraits I captured on the day of his session.
Little A’s parents chose to do my maternity and newborn combo package. It was a great way to learn to know them during the time of their maternity session and then later get to see them at them again at the time of their newborn session for their new little son.
I am so pleased with all of these images from the session, and in particular the one with him having a nice big smile for his parents. It is kind of rare for newborn babies to already be smiling and to capture it when it happens is even less common. I was so happy to have that moment documented for his parents.
Also the portraits with little A with his parents are just priceless moments captured of the them all together as a new little family.
If you are expecting a new little baby and would like some gorgeous timeless newborn portraits like these of your child at this fast fleeting time of the newborn days. Then contact me ( Anna-Karin’s Photography) to setup a time for your session. It is best if possible to photograph your new little baby in the first couple weeks in life. This is when the baby is the most cooperative and therefore the end result is more portraits options for you too choose from. I can still photograph your baby if they are older then two weeks. However keep in mind the babies are not as flexible and cooperative when they are going through their first growth spurt and tend to want cluster feed for longer periods of time. Which in turn does not give as much time for photographing the baby.
If you contact me while you are still pregnant, I have a better chance to fit you in on my calendar before it is filled up. I tend to fill up my schedule about three weeks in advance.
