I have enjoyed working with this lovely family for the past three and half years and we have had numerous sessions in that time span.

Curious Big Brother

The parents of these sweet little boys really value professional portraiture and want to  document the growing changes  their boys are going through by hiring me on a regular basis. Both boys have been a member of my baby plan and this session was for little brother’s first birthday and also older brother’s third birthday.

Meet Lyndell and Allen, they are getting married in just a couple of months. Here are a couple of photographs  from their engagement session. We had a fun time walking around down town Baton Rouge during our session.

I always enjoy getting to know the couple during their engagement photo session. It is relaxed and fun. One of the best benefits with this session is that by the time of their wedding day we already know each other well.

Here we are at the beginning of 2009. I am looking back at this past year and realize what a great year it was business wise for me. I created a slideshow with highlights from all sessions in 2008. I hope I did not miss anyone, and if I did I sincerely apologize.

It was a busy year and like mentioned before I so appreciate all my clients that make my job so exciting and fun and friendly. Many of my clients come to me from referrals from their friends. This is so wonderful and I so appreciate all of you that refer your friends and family to me. When you refer someone please ask them to tell me about it and you the referer will be rewared with a complimentary print as a token of appreciation.

I am trying to get caught up with blogging. I still have some sessions from 2008 that needs to be blogged and I will do so as soon as I can. Meanwhile enjoy a slideshow made from my sessions this past year. Someof my clients I have seen for multiple sessions and some on sessions that occur due to big events such as wedding, or birth. Some are from commercial jobs as well.

Anyway, thanks for letting me capture your memories. Here are some beautiful moments from 2008. I am looking forwad to 2009 to be just as great year for me and my business. I cant wait to meet all the new little babies and children that I will enjoy to photograph.

First of all, I am now finally back on line with internet, yay!! It took it’s time but now I knock on wood and hope for no more interuptions.

To start off  the fist blog post of 2009 I want to share some recent wedding photographs. This is from Shaune and Demetrius wedding. Many lovely sweet moments captured during their special day. Their beautiful wedding was held at the Carriage House in Gonzales.

November must be the month of love. I have three weddings coming up in that month.

I would have to say it is a perfect time of the year for a south Louisiana wedding. The weather is now comfortable and the beautiful fall colors are around.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure to photograph Nick and Jennifer’s beautiful wedding. Their wedding was held at the faculty club at LSU.

The day of their wedding we were suppose to have rain all day. Just a little bit before the wedding all the rain cleared up and we had perfect weather for a wedding celebration!

Here are just a few of my favorites from their wedding. So many great captures to choose from.

In true Louisiana style, they had a theme with fleur delyse. I tried to capture a few details of it. Nick’s shirt buttons, the beautiful etched champagne flutes and the detailed cake decorations.
