Happy I!

Meet sweet and happy little I. She is one of my baby planners and this time we enjoyed an outdoor session. Little I had not started crawling yet at the time of this session but was very happy to be outside exploring. Many sticks and leaves passed her test to see if they were yummy!

Little I has always been so fun to photograph, even as newborn she had so many facial expressions and no different this time. Along to the session came little I’s beautiful mother and I was able to capture some lovely mother and daughter portraits.

I love photographing children outside as they have a little more freedom to explore compared to my studio. Although I enjoy them just as much there, it is just a different kind of variety of photographs that I can offer from outside sessions.

Little Ballerina

Here is a sweet and cute little ballerina that I had the pleasure to photograph recently. Loved the little tutu that her mom brought along to the session.

Little E was a happy little girl and she enjoyed having both her parents at my studio for her four and half month session. Little E enjoyed playing with both set of parents and especially when dad was playfully tossing her in the air.

Captivated

Meet beautiful little H. This is the second time I have had the honor to photograph her. The first time was in time for her first birthday and now she is a big girl that is almost two and half years old.

She has grown from busy and fast little toddler to a sweet and happy adorable little girl.

We had a fun session that ranged from exploring to picking flowers and enjoying our selves outdoors on a beautiful and not so cold day. Her favorite part was to get to play on my rusty trike towards the end of the session.

Sweet Baby Bunny!

Meet sweet little P. He was about three month old when he came to me and joined my babyplan. Even though he was a little older then the newborn babies are, we still got many lovely captures of him for his parents to have has keepsakes of this special time when he is growing and changing so quickly.

Little J has really grown and changed so much in his first year. From little baby when I first met him to happy and funny walking  little toddler boy.

Brother and Sister

Here is a family session I have been wanting to share for a while but just realized today that I had forgot to blog about it. So better late then never, here is  a group of siblings that I have featured before from other sessions. This was a first time with all of them together in the very same session.

Silly M

Both of the little girls have been members of my baby plan. Big Brother has come along to a couple of the sessions with both his little sisters. This time it was the little M’s 18 month session and we decided to do this one outside this time. It was a beautiful warm fall day and we took advantage of a fun session outside.

Hold My Hand

It was so nice to see the love and interaction between big brother and his two little sisters. The first part of the session we focused on little M since after all it was her 18 months session. Towards the end youngest little sister A and her mom came and joined us at the session so we could get a couple of captures of all three siblings together.

Mmmmm the flower smell so good!

I love photographing children that are mobile  in outside photo sessions. The children really do enjoy the freedom to be moving around outside  and the session tend to turn into one big play date, where we have fun and laugh and I get a chance to capture many lovely moments in a growing child in a very relaxed and playful way.

Meet little I. He came to me for his one year session. He was a happy and sweet little one year old.

Me and My Best Friend

Along for a little while came also his best friends, their family dogs. I think the dog’s were more unsure of my studio then little I was. In the end we got some good of them all together. It is not an easy task to get a one year old and a couple of dogs to look at the camera at the same time!

Little I also had a fun time with both mom and dad while at the studio. I got many fun and playful captures that really shows how fun this age can be.

Playtime!

Meet sweet and beautiful little E. She is one of my babyplanners. For this session we took advantage of having our session outside. I like to try to time it with my baby planners so at least one of our sessions during the babyplan will take place outside. This time it was little E and her family’s time.

I am pretty certain that little E and her brother loved having an outside session. Both were so happy and enjoyed them selves. There were lots of fun things to do  for them, climb and crawl and taste some sticks and leaves and all kinds of fun that little kids get into when outside.

We had a fun session and I got many beautiful captures for their parents to remember this special time in their life.

Here is sweet little girl that I wanted to share. She came to me for her nine months session. She was a sweetheart. At first she was a little bit shy and probably unsure about what was going on during the session. Before long she had warmed up and was all smiles, esp as long as she could see her mom!

I also got some great captures of her and mom together. This mom came to be after having seen my photos of one of her friends on facebook. I always give my clients a couple of the purchased photographs to use for facebook if they ask. It was really nice to hear the way she had heard about my photography!

On another note I want to let all of you know that I am currently booking for March and on at this point. March is the time of the year that we get spring here in S. Louisiana and the pretty azaleas are blooming. If you want a session during this time , please contact me to set up your time. The vibrant colors and bloom only last for about 10 days. Here is a sweet little boy that I want to share. I photographed his session before it got cold outside but I have not yet had the chance to share it here on my blog, so now is the time.

Waterplay

This  is sweet little E and his parents. He was my very first baby planner. It has been so much fun to see him over the years change from when he was a tiny newborn baby boy to now a rambunctious and busy little boy. He is now about 4.5 yrs old. This session was a busy and active and fun session that ranged from chasing butterflies and playing in water to nice portrait with his parents. The one with him trying to drink the water is cracking me up. When this little boy came to me for his six month session he did the very same thing. I used to joke to his parents back then that it looked like he was doing a down dog yoga pose. To my surprise he did this again while at the session when he was trying to drink water. I just had to capture that moment as I have a similar of him from his baby sessions.
