Meet sweet and beautiful little E. She is one of my babyplanners. For this session we took advantage of having our session outside. I like to try to time it with my baby planners so at least one of our sessions during the babyplan will take place outside. This time it was little E and her family’s time.

I am pretty certain that little E and her brother loved having an outside session. Both were so happy and enjoyed them selves. There were lots of fun things to do  for them, climb and crawl and taste some sticks and leaves and all kinds of fun that little kids get into when outside.

We had a fun session and I got many beautiful captures for their parents to remember this special time in their life.

Here is sweet little girl that I wanted to share. She came to me for her nine months session. She was a sweetheart. At first she was a little bit shy and probably unsure about what was going on during the session. Before long she had warmed up and was all smiles, esp as long as she could see her mom!

I also got some great captures of her and mom together. This mom came to be after having seen my photos of one of her friends on facebook. I always give my clients a couple of the purchased photographs to use for facebook if they ask. It was really nice to hear the way she had heard about my photography!

On another note I want to let all of you know that I am currently booking for March and on at this point. March is the time of the year that we get spring here in S. Louisiana and the pretty azaleas are blooming. If you want a session during this time , please contact me to set up your time. The vibrant colors and bloom only last for about 10 days. Here is a sweet little boy that I want to share. I photographed his session before it got cold outside but I have not yet had the chance to share it here on my blog, so now is the time.

Waterplay

This  is sweet little E and his parents. He was my very first baby planner. It has been so much fun to see him over the years change from when he was a tiny newborn baby boy to now a rambunctious and busy little boy. He is now about 4.5 yrs old. This session was a busy and active and fun session that ranged from chasing butterflies and playing in water to nice portrait with his parents. The one with him trying to drink the water is cracking me up. When this little boy came to me for his six month session he did the very same thing. I used to joke to his parents back then that it looked like he was doing a down dog yoga pose. To my surprise he did this again while at the session when he was trying to drink water. I just had to capture that moment as I have a similar of him from his baby sessions.

The Touch of Three Generations

Here is a session I have been wanting to share for a while. This was a wonderful experience and a fun and lovely session.

This was a session covering three generations. One grandmother and one mother and the grand daughter.

Three Generations

The youngest one was the one that contacted me to set up the session to make sure they had their relation ship documented. On the day of their session, three lovely ladies came to my studio. The time just flew by because it was so much fun and so much joy and laughter in the  atmosphere.

Grandma was so fun and had a great sense of humor. As you can see her positive spirit was very contagious and all the ladies were laughing constantly, me included.

It was so sweet to see their loving and caring relationship to one another. If anything it reminded me how important my job is, that I am able to help my clients document moments with their loved ones for future years and generations, to then have as memories and keepsakes.

Sweet Z

Meet sweet and adorable little Z. This was from his four month session. He is one of my baby planners and it was so fun to see how much he had changed from his newborn session.

His older brother came along for a small part of the session and it was great to see their interaction. Especially as they are only one year apart. Keeping their parents very busy!

Happy New Year 2010!

Happy A!

A new year starts and I am going to promise that I will do a much better job at blogging. I have been slacking a little in that area, not on purpose but only because it has been so busy with all the holiday orders to be ready for gift giving. Now we are back to a more normal pace and I am happy to get back to blogging again.I have some new stuff planned for my business this year and if you are a previous client of mine you will receive the information in a newsletter in the next month.

Today I want to share this pretty little girl. Here is sweet and happy and bubbly little A. She had just turned two when we had this session. What a sweetheart she is and was so happy and full of life. It makes me smile just to see how happy she was.

Here I am!

She loved playing peekabo with my rainbow colored canopy that I keep at the studio. Perfect for a little girl like her!

I have had the honor to photograph this little girl since she was a little baby. We have had many fun sessions with beautiful captures.

Now she is a big sister and her little brother joined my babyplan as well. It was so fun when little A came back to me for a photo session of  just her self for the two year session.
