Downtown Family Session – Family Photographer Baton Rouge

Trying to get caught up with blogging again, this is the absolute busiest time of the year for Anna-Karin’s Photography.

Here is a great family session I have been wanting to share for a while. I have enjoyed working with this family for the past 7.5 years. Since oldest brother was newborn.

It has been so fun to see this family grow and change and to see their children grow. All the children have been on my baby plan and now little sister is on the plan as well.

Here are a few from when she was about 8 months old. We did majority of the session down town Baton Rouge.

Along to this session came also her big brothers and the whole family. I got so many great photographs of the whole family.

Happy First Birthday- Family Outdoor Photo Session- Baton Rouge Family Photographer

Little J is now a big boy! He has reached a big milestone, his first birthday!We celebrated that with a great outdoor family photo session and of course wrapped the session up with a yummy cake smash to celebrate the big first birthday!

What also was very special is that we did this session on their family’s property. They had a beautiful traditional old Acadian style cottage which was perfect for backdrop for this session. It made it a beautiful south Louisianian professional photo session!!

Little J is a member of Anna-Karin’s Photography baby plan so, I get a chance to photograph him four times in his first few years of life. His older brother A was also a member of my baby plan when he was a baby as well. This is a great way to document and make sure your children’s first milestones are well documented to have for many years to come.

Teen Sibling Photo Session – Family Photographer Baton Rouge

I was contacted by these siblings mom to capture her children in their teen years. When children are at that stage, a photo session is usually not the first thing they think of. The kids are still growing but are not changing as much as they did during their first year in life. This mom was realizing that her kids was growing up very fast right in front of her eyes and wanted to make sure she had some beautiful portraits of them to remember this age.

It was a pleasure photographing these two teen siblings. They were in a great mood and up for a photo session. We ventured downtown Baton Rouge and I was able to capture many gorgeous portraits of them for their family to remember this stage of their growing years.

New Little Baby Brother – Newborn Baby Photographer Baton Rouge

Here is a newborn session I had the chance to photograph a little while ago. I worked with this family when big brother was newborn a couple of years ago and now it was time for their newest member of the family, a new little baby boy.

It is always great to get to work with families I have photographed in the past. I love to get to see how much their family has changed since last time and how big their children are now.

Here is their newest sweet baby N. He was a good baby and with big brother J’s help , I was able to capture many beautiful and timeless newborn portraits for their family.

Meet absolutely adorable S and J. They are brothers and sweet as can be!

Little S is currently on my baby plan and that means I get to see him four times in his first few years of life and document the milestones he is going through.

This was from his one year session and his family really wanted an outdoor session this time. So we decided to enjoy the nice weather and bring big brother along as well!

Big brother J used to also be on my babyplan and it is so much fun to get to work with this family over the years and see how the boys are growing and changing.

Little S was just learning to stand up and getting ready to learn to walk during the time of this session. It was a perfect time as he could not run away from me, while I was photographing him 😉 .
