Meet this sweet and adorable newborn baby boy. He came to my studio with his parents and grandmother for his newborn session when he was less then two weeks old. Here are just a few of the many beautiful portraits his family purchased from his newborn session at my Baton Rouge Professional Photo studio.

The best time for your newborn session is before your baby is two weeks old if possible. Within this time the baby is more cooperative and willing to do the typical newborn poses and is not going through a big growth spurt when they want to eat during majority of the time, that means it is easier to capture those beautiful and timeless newborn portraits you see here in this blog post. If possible it is best to plan ahead and to make sure we can fit your newborn session in on time, it is best to schedule your session prior to the arrival of your new baby so your date is confirmed on my calendar. I tend to fill up my calendar about three weeks ahead of time, so contact me while you are still pregnant and we can make sure your time for a newborn session can be completed while your baby is still cooperative to do A good time for your newborn session will be about a week after your due date. I might still be able to fit you in if you are not able to contact me before your due date but the available dates may not be as flexible.
